Fairness Formula Projects - $1,046,483
The School Site Improvement Committee identified fairness formula projects — a list of recommended projects. The list will be prioritized and completed as budget allows.
- Audio / Visual - Auditorium & stage lighting - move to LED lighting with dimming capabilities
- Fire Alarm - Safety strobes for classrooms that cannot hear warning announcements for lockdowns
- Flooring - Replacement of carpeting throughout the building
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment
- Gym Curtain - New center curtain for the gymnasium to split into two classrooms
- Interior Lighting - Hallway and classroom lighting - move to LED lighting with dimming capabilities
- Lockers - Athletic and physical education lockers (replacement)
- Parking - Pave the overflow staff lot
- Permanent storage for facilities, athletics, activities programs, etc.
- Scoreboard - New four sided scoreboard for the gymnasium to be used for a variety of purposes which would have LED capabilities to project video
Facilities Audit - $165,000
- HVAC Controls - DDC upgrades
- Swimming Pool - component replacement / upgrade
- Windows and Doors - Some window and door replacement at pool

- Replace hardware that enables wired and wireless connections to the Internet.

Remodels and Additions
- 20 classroom addition and modular removal: Some modular classrooms removed from building footprint. Earthwork and underground utilities complete. Drilled piers, foundation formwork, and concrete pouring complete. Concrete masonry wall and structural steel ongoing. Floor slab in place on ground floor. All stairways installed. Exterior sheathing ongoing. Elevator being installed, exterior brick fascia in progress, and interior sheet rock finishing & painting in progress.
- Career Technical Education space: Earthwork and underground utilities complete. Drilled piers, foundation formwork, and concrete pouring complete.
