- Paint - Repair and paint interior walls
- Interior Walls - Replace room divider - rooms 211 / 212
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment
- Flooring - Replace carpet
- Audio / Visual - Replace sound systems
- Cabinets and Countertops - Replace counter tops, sinks and cabinets
- Redo bathrooms - flooring, stalls and fixtures
