90% of staff will complete one Professional Learning course/training beyond district required courses/training.
Staff Feedback
A committee of at least 40 staff representatives (aka the Think Tank) will meet to solicit feedback and ideas from staff members on how to better retain and recruit staff to the District and improve the overall work experience for District staff.
