An Abundance of Talent
For the eighth year in a row, Academy District 20 (ASD20) students show their art talent for the Earth Day Poster Contest. Students are instructed to show their best visual representation of earth.
In order of display, the winners are:
Kindergarten - Second Grade:

3rd Place: Amelia Kuntz, Academy Endeavour Elementary School
Third - Fifth Grade:
1st Place: Audrey Meilaus, Douglass Valley Elementary School
2nd Place: Marrissa Au, Academy International Elementary School
3rd Place: Trevor Stoneman, Chinook Trail Elementary School
Middle School:
1st Place: Rawan Al Rihaymee, Timberview Middle School
2nd Place: Tawona Hodza, Mountain Ridge Middle School
3rd Place: Tegan Blong, Discovery Canyon Middle School
High School:
1st Place: Ivy Huss, Rampart High School
2nd Place: Alison Abarca, Rampart High School
3rd Place: Jade Hoffman-Kleinhans, Rampart High School
The ASD20 Green Team is thrilled to judge the works of art every year. Posters for the first place winners were printed and distributed to schools throughout the district in honor of Earth Day. First place winners received a $200 gift card and their poster displayed at all the schools with their respective grade levels for Earth Day. Second place winners received a $100 gift card and third place winners a $50 gift card.
