Academy District 20 also provides several tax-sheltered annuity options, which allow staff members to defer compensation on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. We currently offer a 401(k) and a 457 plan through PERA, as well as a 403(b) plan through two designated vendors.
As a compliment to the other benefits, the district offers a Section 125 plan and various voluntary supplemental plans.
