Write a 1,500 word essay about the importance of the civil jury system
All graduating seniors that are planning to enroll in a U.S. college or university in the fall after graduation are able to apply. Applicants write a 550 work essay that describe their educational and/or career goals.

Must be currently receiving electric service from MVEA, GPA of at least 3.0
